Dmitry has over 17 years’ experience in the operation and management of the commercial real estate. Prior to joining O1 Standard, he worked for 13 years at CBRE, where he held the position of Head of Facilities Management.

Dmitry has been working in facility management and engineering of commercial real estate for more than 30 years. From 2012 to 2019 he held the position of the engineering director at O1 Properties. Before that Dmitry has been working in Rosbuilding, NAI Becar, IQ PM and other prominent companies. 

Natalia has over 18 years of experience in the field of facility and property management, including 10 years when she held the position of the chief commercial officer at Facilicom. In 2019 Natalia joined the O1 Standard team where she is responsible for business development and acquisition of the new projects.
