O1 Standard was shortlisted for the prestigious CRE Awards 2021 in two nominations: “Management Company of the Year – Property Management” and “Management Company of the Year – Facility Management”. The winners will be announced at a ceremony to be held in Moscow on April 22.
Companies vying to be “Management Company of the Year” provide a range of services in management and operation of commercial real estate on the Russian market. In the first stage of the competition each company’s portfolio and quality of the services it provides are assessed. Service quality is evaluated by a jury that includes the company’s customers. Three companies go forward to the finals, and a winner is selected in a further expert assessment.
